Privacy Policy

This is a plain-language summary of what stashvault actually collects. There is no ad tracking, no analytics beacon, and no cookie banner on this site because none of it is used.
What we collect
- At checkout: your email address and payment details. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- To deliver your download: we send one email, through Resend, to the address you gave Stripe at checkout, containing your download link.
- Order record: we keep a small record of the checkout session (session ID, which products you bought, and a timestamp) so we can reissue your download link if it expires and avoid sending a duplicate order email. This record does not include your card details.
What we do not collect
No analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party ad scripts, no cookies beyond what Stripe's own checkout page sets on stripe.com to process your payment.
Who we share it with
Only the two processors needed to sell and deliver a digital file: Stripe (payment) and Resend (transactional email). Neither is permitted to use your data for anything beyond that. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept so your download link keeps working and so a lost receipt can be recovered. If you want your order record deleted, email us and we'll remove it, minus whatever Stripe itself retains for tax and fraud-compliance purposes on its own systems.
Your downloads
Download links are single-use tokens tied to your order and expire after 7 days. If yours expires, reply to your receipt email or visit your order page and we'll issue a fresh one.
