Every product except LaunchKit
30-day, no-questions-asked refund. If it doesn't do what the product page said, reply to your receipt email or write to us any time in the first 30 days and you'll get a full refund.
LaunchKit (SaaS boilerplate)
14-day money-back guarantee. Because LaunchKit is source code you can copy and reuse, the window is shorter, 14 days from purchase. If it genuinely doesn't work as described, email us within that window for a full refund.
How to request one
Reply to your order receipt email, or write to [email protected] with your order email or session ID. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method and usually show up within a few business days.
After the window
Past 30 days (14 for LaunchKit) we generally can't refund, but email us anyway if something's genuinely broken. We'd rather fix it than leave you stuck.
