These are the terms for buying a digital product from stashvault. By completing checkout you agree to them.
What you're buying
A one-time purchase of a digital file (or bundle of files): templates, spreadsheets, Notion systems, or source code, depending on the product. There is no subscription. You pay once and the file is yours to download and use.
License
Every product is licensed for personal use or use inside a single business you own or work for. That means you can:
- Use the templates, calculators, or code in your own business or client work
- Customize and adapt the files however you like for that use
- Keep using them indefinitely once purchased, no expiration
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage the files themselves, in whole or in part, as your own product or as part of a competing product. If you want to use a product across multiple unrelated businesses or resell it, email us first.
Delivery
Download links are emailed within a minute or two of a successful payment and stay valid for 7 days. If a link expires, your order page or a reply to your receipt email gets you a fresh one at no charge, any time.
Refunds
See the Refund Policy for the exact window per product. Short version: 30 days on everything except LaunchKit, which carries a 14-day window because it is source code.

Templates and systems here are operational tools, not legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. Use your own judgment and consult a licensed professional where one is warranted.
Changes
We may update these terms as the catalog changes. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
